Hey y'all! I thought you might like a bit of an idea of who the girl is behind this blog. :)

My name is Victoria and I'm 17 years old.

I'm  a bit shy when I first meet people, but I warm up pretty quickly.

 I live in a cute little town in West Georgia where you have to really dig for fun things to do. But, hey, we just got a Dunkin' Donuts and Olive Garden is now under construction. Not too bad. Really, I do love it.

My immediate family is small. It's just me, my parents, and my older brother, Logan, who is 20. [insert rambling about my cat, Oliver, and dog, Lafayette, here] My extended family, on the other hand, is not very small. My parents each have three siblings and each of them have at least two kids and...you can do the math. It's a ton of fun when everyone gets together for special occasions and holidays.

**In the picture below, Logan had to squat a lot. He's 6'4" and I'm 5'5"....He has almost a whole foot on me.**

I'm a junior in high school. I go to a homeschool school. I know what you're thinking. This girl is weird. But I love my school . And I have to get my quota of socialization somewhere, right? ;) College is on the horizon and I'm stressed/worried/excited/scared/thrilled/nervous about it. But mostly excited.

I love food. A lot. Cooking and baking are very fun to me and I like experimenting and trying new things. I also love the satisfaction of making a dish and my family/friends absolutely loving it. Now I sound like those cooking show hosts...hm.

I like outdoor, adventure-y stuff. Like tubing, ziplining, long walks, running, tennis, swimming, jet skiing, and boats. But I'm a typical "girly girl." I'm a sucker for pretty flowers and babies. I like photography and cleaning and shopping and jewelry and romantic novels/movies (can you say Nicholas Sparks??).

Oh, and I have the most precious Compassion baby, Milton. I'll be blogging about him when I get letters and such. :)
